A complimentary main course
when a second main course of equal or greater value is purchased

The Lido restaurant is situated in the old Victorian viewing gallery with original structural features complemented by modern furnishings and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
The eclectic food style of the Lido draws heavily from North African and Southern European dishes. From early morning the day starts with sourdough bread being baked in the wood burning oven ready for bacon and dandelion sandwiches. Lunch can be a quick simple affair with a selection of small plates such as babaganoush, turnips and sherry vinegar or simply a board of charcuterie.
Alternatively, for those with time on their side the Lido is an ideal location for an unhurried lunch or dinner. Starting with an aperitif by the poolside and dishes such as scallops cooked in a garlic and sweet herb butter followed by wood roast spring lamb with slow cooked marrow, yoghurt and walnuts. The dessert menu includes delights such as raspberry trifle, chocolate and salted caramel tart or a selection from the freshly churned ice creams.
