Choose from the à la carte menu and enjoy the fine quality food complemented by the friendly and informal service. Ingredients are of the highest quality, locally sourced wherever possible and the extensive menu offers something for everyone. To start why not try the warm home smoked salmon with new potatoes, crème fraiche and rocket and follow with pan-roast guinea fowl served with asparagus tips and colcannon mash. For vegetarians there’s an excellent selection of dishes to choose from including lentil and polenta cakes with sweet chilli rocket and wild mushroom stack with spring onions and cheddar. If you’ve still got room at the end a mouth-watering dessert menu including white and dark chocolate terrine with caramelised oranges will tempt you to surrender to the sweet.
